Pork skewers with plums
Instructions
Remove any fat from pork loin and suddividetela in 24 equal-sized cubes.
Prepare the skewers alternating meat cubes and three three plums, then toss them in the flour.
In a pan heat the saucepan, heat butter and turning skewers frequently.
Add salt, pepper, sprayed with the Marsala and when this is evaporated sprinkle with wine.
Lower the heat, cover and continue cooking for about a quarter of an hour bathing every once in a while the skewers with their sauce.
Accompanying wines: Valle d'Aosta Chambave Rosso DOC, DOC Lacrima Di Morro, Pollino "superior" DOC.

- 500 g of pork loin
- 30 g of butter
- 1 box of pitted prunes
- 1 dram of dry white wine
- 1 dram of dry marsala wine
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
