Veal stew with vegetables
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and butter in saucepan, onions and celery, finely chopped.
Add the floured, Brown stew meat in focus.
Add salt and pepper.
After 5 minutes add the tomato paste, carrots cut into sticks.
Cover, simmer for about an hour, adding from time to time, if the mixture is too dry, a few tablespoons of hot water.
Towards the end add the courgettes cut into sticks and cook for a quarter of an hour.
