Turkey stew
Instructions
Thoroughly clean a Turkey young and tender.
Cut it into pieces and put in large pan with diced ham.
When it has browned add the chopped onions, sprinkle with flour the pieces of Turkey, Cook for a few minutes, pour a little wine and tomato paste diluted in lukewarm water.
Mix well, then cover meat flush with lukewarm water.
Add salt, pepper and cook slowly for about 2 hours in covered container.

- White wine
