Beef and vegetable stew
Instructions
Peel peppers, Eggplant and Zucchini, Peel onion and potato.
Cut all to pieces.
Brown the meat passed in flour into 4 hours of olive oil, drizzle it with the brandy, add the vegetables and season with salt.
Cover and cook for 40 minutes.
Combine the peas, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes in pan.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
