Microwave peppers stew
Instructions
Peel the onion, finely chop finely in the mixer and let it FRY in oil for 2 minutes in the microwave at full power.
Add meat, tomato paste and the nut.
Pour the wine, stir well and simmer for 5-7 minutes on medium power.
Meanwhile Peel and wash the peppers and cut them into strips.
Add them to the stew, add salt and pepper and, stirring occasionally, Cook for another 15-16 minutes on medium power.
Let stand 1 ' before serving.

- 700 g of beef meat cut into cubes
- 1 green pepper
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- 1 nut
