Instructions

The doses are for 32 biscuits.

Put in a bowl the wheat germ, sifted white flour, yellow, sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, a rub of nutmeg and a pinch of salt.

Mix well all the ingredients and then let the fountain, stand at the center of the whole egg and the butter and shredded, kneading everything perfectly.

Put the dough in a waterproof canvas pouch with smooth and round nozzle on a buttered and floured plate put sprigs of 32 large compound roughly as a cherry and a little spaced out.
