Instructions
Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water.
Meanwhile, mince the ham, place it in a saucepan, combine the cream, parmesan cheese, saffron, salt and 1 teaspoon of curry, previously melted with a little of the pasta cooking water.
Mix well and put the mixture on low heat to warm up.
