Spaghetti in yellow
Instructions
Saute chopped shallots thin in a little oil.
Add the crushed tomatoes with a fork, add salt and cook a few minutes.
Cook the pasta in salted water put it back into the pan with a few tablespoons of cooking water in which you have dissolved saffron (be careful not to make lumps).
You take color and passed into the pan of sauce.
Sauté and serve piping hot.

- 320 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 shallot
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 2 peeled tomatoes
- Olive oil
