Lamb with peas
Instructions
After washing and drying the Lamb place it in a pan with garlic, olive oil and Rosemary.
Season with salt and pepper and Brown over high heat.
Chop the bacon adds shortly afterwards while Browning.
You can also add half a glass of white wine but is optional.
At the end of the Browning, add the butter and tomato sauce (about half a jar) and make up to the cooking by adding a little water if the sauce ' squeezes ' too (you set the size of the pieces of lamb).
Remove the Lamb but leave the sauce to which you add the peas ranging cooked over a low flame.
At the end put the lamb in roasting pan, adjust if necessary with salt and pepper and serve hot.

- 1000 g of lamb into pieces
- 450 g of peas
- Garlic
- Little of rosemary
- 1 bit of bacon
- 1 walnut butter
- Little of tomato sauce
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup of white wine (optional)
