Spaghetti with Pine Nuts (Spaghetti con I Pinoli)
Instructions
Sauté the pine nuts, remenando without stopping, until they are lightly toasted.
Add the sliced garlic and crumbled chili and continue to fry for a few minutes (the garlic must not be toasted).
Meanwhile Cook the pasta, then drain and serve.
Attention: synchronize the time with the pasta cooking: garlic is added no more than 2 minutes before the pasta is cooked.
