Spaghetti with Anchovies (3)
Instructions
Clean the anchovies, chopped them and ask you to fire with oil and garlic.
When the latter is golden, remove and stir the anchovies with a wooden spoon until it will be fulfilled.
Combine the tomato paste diluted with salt and warm water make it shrink.
Cook spaghetti, toss with the sauce and sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 150 g of salted anchovies
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
