Spaghetti alla siciliana
Instructions
Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water.
Drain.
Fry the onions in the butter.
Mix together the lemon zest, marsala, the cream and simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
You blast the spaghetti in lemon sauce, marjoram and lemon balm leaves.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 25 g of butter
- 2 onions chopped fine
- == 1 lemon (zest, cut into thin strips)
- 4 tablespoons of dry marsala wine
- 1/2 pack of cooking cream
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 bunch of minced marjoram
- Some leaves of melissa
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
