Spaghetti with Green Sauce
Instructions
Chop celery, carrots and leeks.
Peel the beans and boil them in salted water.
Sauté the chopped with 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the tomatoes, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
When the beans are almost cooked pour spaghetti in the same pan and cook them.
Drain and pour into the pan with the sauce.
Blow them up over high heat for 3-4 minutes adding the chopped Basil.
Serve immediately.

- 320 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 400 g of green beans
- 80 g of leeks
- 150 g of celery
- 150 g of carrots
- 400 g of peeled apart
- Chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
