Spaghetti with oregano
Instructions
To Brown the garlic in oil, then add the tomato paste, oregano and pepper and cook over high heat for about 15 minutes.
Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water, toss with the sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 400 g of tomato paste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of oregano powder
- Grated parmesan cheese
