Spaghetti with rosemary
Instructions
Brown the sliced onion with oil and butter and add chopped formed by Rosemary, garlic and pine nuts.
Deglaze with the wine and add the chopped chilli.
Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Boil the pasta, drain it, season it with Rosemary sauce and grated pecorino cheese.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 onion
- == 1 sprig of Rosemary
- 30 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 chili
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
