Spaghetti al pesto pantesco
Instructions
Put in a blender drained from pickled capers, basil, pine nuts, garlic and oil.

This pesto is suitable for seasoning any kind of pasta, short or long format, even the egg.
All well and good simple spaghetti too.
II pesto can be stored for several days in the refrigerator in a glass container.
In this way the pesto improves and becomes more flavorful.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 280 g of type pasta spaghetti
- Pesto:
- 50 g of basil
- 60 g of capers in brine
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese (pecorino romano cheese grated 0)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
