Spaghetti with hake
Instructions
To thaw the fish and cut it into small pieces.
Brown chopped onion in oil, add the hake into small pieces, add salt, pepper and sauté them gently.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes.
Then pass through a sieve.
Put the past in the pot along with the butter, marsala wine and nutmeg.
To thicken and condirvi the noodles cooked al dente.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 300 g of hake flowers
- 40 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of dry marsala wine
- 200 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 rub of nutmeg
- 1 onion

- Pepper
