Spaghetti with cauliflower
Instructions
Break the cauliflower into florets, boil and flavour the oil after having made Brown the garlic.
In the same cooking water boiled vegetable spaghetti, drain, then toss them in the pan with the florets, salted, pepper and serve with grated cheese.

- 270 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 800 g of cauliflower
- 1 clove of garlic
- Grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
