Spaghetti with baby squid in foil
Instructions
Saute the chopped vegetables with 1 tablespoon oil.
Savoury Pies.
Add the tomatoes and diced with chili pepper tied to a cotton thread.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Delete the chilli and add the sliced baby squid, wet with wine.
Cover and cook at very low heat for an hour.
Season with salt.
Soak the raisins in a little water.
Boil in salted water the spaghetti al dente.
Drain and toss them in the Pan along with baby squid for 2 minutes.
Add raisins and dried pine nuts.
Season with the remaining oil.
Transferred to cartocci 2 suitable sealed paper and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.

- 2 tomatoes
