Ice cream to amaretti soufflé
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar at foam.
Add the potato flour, dilute with milk, pour the mixture in a saucepan and let it cook slowly, stirring continuously until a thick cream.
Leave to cool.
Add the amaretti cream and mixed with liquor.
Stir, then add the egg whites and whipped cream, pour the candy in a soufflé mould and put in the freezer for about 2 hours.

- 6 eggs
- 75 cl of milk
- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 70 == G potato starch
- 1 small glass of grand marnier
- 25 cl of whipped
- Sugar
