Blini
Instructions
I state that if you have a mixer it is fast and easy, otherwise you will need electrical or manual whips.
Mix the eggs with three glasses of warm water, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
Add 500 g of flour, mix well until it becomes a paste without lumps.
Dilute half a teaspoon of vinegar in a glass of water, pour it into the pasta and immediately begin to cook the blini in hot butter or oil in a frying pan small or medium depending on the size you get.
You should serve hot, so if you just fix them in advance prepared one above the other on a plate, cover with a towel and put moderately heated oven.
Then you can really dress.
Poverty and simplicity of ingredients make it one of those emergency dishes that sometimes can fix a meal.
