Instructions

Boil nettles and beat.

With the flour, butter, milk and a little salt prepare a béchamel sauce.

Then add the Parmesan, the egg yolks, the past of nettles and the egg whites until foamy.

Into a mold of 20 cm in diameter with butter pour the mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
