Strawberry soufflé
Instructions
Puree the strawberries after picciuolo private, add 100 g of sugar.
Grease the inside of a mold by soufflé and sprinkle granulated sugar.
Set the oven to 175 degrees.
Attach the clear and add the remaining 50 g of sugar, continuing to beat until the meringue is very compact.
Pour a bit of meringue in strawberry puree, stir well, then add the strawberry puree into remaining meringue; gently stir the mixture.
Pour in spoonfuls into the mold, filling it to the brim, and cook in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Cospargetene the surface with icing sugar and serve immediately.
