Vanilla soufflé
Instructions
Turn oven to 200 degrees.
Warm milk flavored with vanilla bean cut in half lengthwise (so they leave the black seeds).
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and, stirring with a wooden spoon, mix the two ingredients.
Remove the Pan from the heat and add the boiling milk, after eliminating the vanilla pod, a little at a time, taking care not to form lumps.
Very low flame, Cook the mixture until thickened, then remove from heat and add sugar, stirring again.
Let cool a little the mixture and add the egg yolks, one at a time.
In a clean bowl until foamy firmly mounted egg whites gently and add to the mixture.
Grease a soufflé mould about 20 centimeters in diameter and fill it with the mixture.
Bake in hot oven for 20-25 minutes without ever opening the door.
Serve the Souffles just removed from the oven, before they ' sit ', after powdered with icing sugar.
You can accompany this soufflé with chocolate cream.
