Dilute the cornflour in cream and put it on the fire.
Combine butter, a little salt, pepper and nutmeg.
To give a boil and remove from heat.
Incorporate 5 2 egg yolks and whole eggs, the parmesan and the clear snow mounted 5.
Put the mixture into a buttered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes (must swell twice) and serve immediately very hot.
