Kiwi sorbet (2)
Instructions
Dissolve sugar in 20 cl of boiling water and cool it.
Peel 8 kiwi and processing them with sugar syrup and orange juice.
Put the mixture into a mold in the freezer until it is hard.
Soak the ladyfingers with 4 tablespoons of liqueur mixed with water 6.
Line a rectangular mold with greaseproof paper, transfer the sherbet and cover it with ladyfingers.
Put in the freezer.
Serve in plates and decorated with sliced strawberries into wedges and 4 kiwi peeled and diced.

- 12 ripe kiwi
- 1 orange
- 200 g of strawberries
- 200 g of cane
- 12 cookies ladyfingers
- 4 tablespoons of orange liqueur
