Instructions

Simmer for about 15 minutes the sugar with half a liter of water.

Peel the Kiwis and beat them.

Dilute the puree with the sugar syrup and lemon juice, stir.

Pour into ice cream maker for 20 minutes.

Decorated with strawberries.
