Raw fish with red pepper
Instructions
Wash, Peel and fillet the fish.
In a bowl mix the two tablespoons of tomato pulp with many of chopped onions and lemon juice, plus one of orange juice, a few drops of Worcester, a hint of chili and a salt.
Place the fish fillets in a deep dish and cover it completely with the marinade.
Let season sole at least 4 hours in the refrigerator and set aside the pot 10 minutes before serving the fish at the table

- Few drops of worcestershire sauce
