Instructions

Cut into thin strips and vegetables immersing in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Roll up the fillets on themselves, place them in a pan greased with butter, salt, pepper and cover stock.

Cook over high heat for 4 minutes.

Drain and keep warm.

Add the vegetables to the boiling broth and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve the vegetables and fish along with their sauce.
