Instructions
Prepare a thickish sauce with ingredients listed.
Add to hot cheese bechamel sauce, then add the egg yolks and egg whites until very firm snow.
Adjust with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture in the mold greased with butter.
Place the mold, halfway up, in preheated oven at 175 degrees to bake for 20 minutes, without opening for the first 15 minutes.

- 4 eggs
- 200 g of grated cheese

- For the bechamel:
- 50 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
