Mackerel in tomato sauce with peas
Instructions
Cleaned mackerel, remove heads and spines.
Heat oil in frying pan with chopped onion; put in mackerel, wait until browned, sprinkle with salt, add a handful of chopped parsley.
Take a few minutes of cooking, add peas.
When you see that the peas are almost cooked, add a few more spoonful of tomato sauce; continue until you reach the cooked, stir and serve piping hot.

- 60 g of olive oil
- Salt
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- 500 g of already shelled peas
- Tomato sauce
- 6 big mackerel (or 12 small)
