Mackerel with gooseberry Sauce
Instructions
Gut mackerel, but don't deprive them of scales.
Place on the grill and cook them brushing often with sprigs of using herbs in a bowl with oil and salt.
Once Grill remove skin and bones, cut the fillets and serve with the sauce of gooseberry.
Garnish with berries of gooseberries.

- 4 mackerel of 250 g
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- For garnishing:
- Some berries of gooseberry
