Mackerel with bacon
Instructions
Cleaned mackerel, wash them, dry them, sprinkle with flour and FRY in hot oil 10 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Add salt only.
In a pan melt a knob of butter, lay the bacon and when has become transparent, wrap it around each mackerel.

- 4 mackerel portion
- 4 slices of bacon
- Flour
- Olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
