Instructions

Clean and wash the fish.

Blanched fennel in salt water and a little lemon juice, cut them into pieces and add the butter.

Fill the fish with the chopped fennel and place on the bottom of a baking dish the rest of the sauce; place the fish on top and add the white wine, 1/2 glass of water, a pinch of salt and pepper over fish and a little butter.

Over baking placed above the fish green chopped fennel and serve.
