Finely chopped carrot, onion and celery.
Cut Zucchini into chunks and wet during cooking with broth.
Add salt and let cool.
Beat the eggs and parmesan and add to Zucchini passed through a sieve, add the white sauce and pour everything into a buttered and floured mold.
Cook for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees without open the oven door.
