Vegetable pie with béchamel sauce
Instructions
Cut the vegetables into pieces of medium size and scottatele in boiling water one at a time so that they are all alike.
Arrange in a baking dish and sprinkle with the sauce thus obtained: put warm soy milk (pure or diluted with 50% water) and mix in a little Sesame cream and a pinch of salt; then add the grated nutmeg and let simmer a few minutes.
You can then put soy sauce or miso dissolved in a little water.
The miso is not required, you can replace it with salt: its function is to provide a flavor reminiscent of boiled milk.
Put least ginger powder.
Bake in medium oven for about 20-25 minutes; béchamel sauce is good that is plentiful and almost completely covers the vegetables.
Served piping hot.
