Spaghetti flan
Instructions
Bring to a boil the milk with a pinch of salt and cook the pasta al dente, over high heat until milk is almost all absorbed.
Combine the Parmesan cheese and grated emmenthal cheese and the beaten eggs and add salt, stir and add 50 g of butter.
Pour into a buttered Cake mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven at 200 degrees.

- 300 g of dough egg noodles thin type
- 75 cl of milk
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of grated emmenthal cheese
- 3 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Salt
