Lamb with artichokes
Instructions
Mince garlic, onion and ham and sauté in olive oil.
Add the lamb and Brown in a pan covered.
Moisten with the wine, let it evaporate and add the artichokes into wedges.
Add salt, pepper and cook over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of dipping broth.
When cooked sprinkle with a sprig of parsley and sprinkle a little lemon juice.
Mix well and serve.

- 1000 g of lamb into pieces
- 50 g of ham
- 6 artichokes
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Little of lemon juice
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
