Instructions
Boil the asparagus.
Boil for 10 minutes the rice and pass it in a pan with 30 g of butter and chopped onion.
Arrange the asparagus in a buttered baking dish, drizzle with 30 g of melted butter, cover with rice and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Melt the butter, Add flour, milk, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir continuously for 15 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the rice and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

- 500 g of frozen asparagus
- 300 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 80 g of butter
- 40 g of parmigiano
- For the sauce:
- 30 g of butter
- 30 g of flour
- 100 G = = Cream
- 25 cl of milk
- Nutmeg
