Hake Pudding (Sformato di Merluzzo)
Instructions
Boil for 5 minutes the mixture to fried in 100 cl of salted water, add the fish fillets and cook for 4 minutes.
Drain them and processing them with brandy and lemon.
Add the mixture to the sauce, combine the cheese, nutmeg and eggs, one at a time.
Pour into a buttered mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in hot oven for 45 minutes.

- 300 g of cod fillets
- 200 g of plaice fillets

- 70 g of grated emmenthal cheese
- 3 eggs

- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 4 tablespoons of brandy
- 400 g of bechamel
- Butter
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
