Instructions

Braise the onion with bay leaves and finely cut cabbage.

Blend everything with a handful of basil, salt and pepper.

Move to colander, add eggs, cream and beat well with a whisk.

Butter 4 ramekins, pour the mixture and bake in a water bath until it is well hard.
