Instructions
Sauté in butter and oil the meat slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped parsley, Basil and Rosemary, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with plenty of grated grana, hold over a flame for 2 minutes and serve.

- 4 slices of beef sirloin
- 30 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Parsley
- Basil
- Rosemary
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
