Marinated filet mignon
Instructions
Prepare and cook the filet mignon fried.
Otherwise oil fry the onion and garlic cut into thin slices, add some whole Sage leaf, squirt with vinegar up when cooked.
Arrange the slices of meat on a serving dish, pour the sauce, let cool and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of lean veal
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Garlic
- == 1 small onion
- Some leaves of sage
