Instructions

Cook the steaks in hot oil, season with salt and pepper.

Remove from the Pan and pour in broth a glass of red wine and allow to evaporate.

Add chopped garlic and parsley and tomatoes, Cook for a few minutes and pour it all over the steaks.

Serve hot.
