Tantalizing loaf
Instructions
Cut in half lengthwise the loaf.
Crush the garlic and put it with the oil and vinegar in a jar with screw top lid.
Close and shake well to emulsify.
Spread the topping on bread crumbs.
Skinned and de-boned trout and divide the ball into four fillets.
Appoggiatene half over the bread.
Shelled and chopped hard-boiled eggs and distribute them on trout fillets.
Peel the cucumber and slice it finely.
Cover the chopped egg with cucumber slices.
Sprinkle with the chopped dill and finish with the other half of the trout fillets.
Close with the other half of bread and press.
Divide in two the baguettes and wrap separately the two parts in the film.
Appoggiatele on a cutting board and cover with another.
Overlay a weight to crush the bread and place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Cut into diagonal slices and serve as an appetizer or as an aperitif before sitting at the table.
Suggested wine: Dolcetto.

- 1 tablespoon of dill
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 eggs
- 1 smoked trout
- 5 cl of apple cider vinegar
- 8 cl of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 french loaf
