Italian loaf
Instructions
Clean and chop the onions taking from the stems.
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with grated cheese and a pinch of salt.
Pour 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and let it warm sweet focus.
Add the onions and a few tablespoons of water, cover and cook fresh focus for 15 minutes.
When cooked, transfer the onion in a large bowl, add the stalks by hand, finely chopped, and stir well.
Heat in a pan with the remaining oil and cook the egg mixture before from one side and then the other.
In the same pan in which you cooked the onion previously, Broil the bacon and then place it on paper towels.
Divide the bread fried on four servings.
Open each piece of bread in half and sfregatene with crumb tomatoes cut into two.
Garnish each with a quarter of fried some onions and two slices of bacon.

- 6 spring onions
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 6 eggs
- 150 g of emmenthal cheese
