Instructions

Thoroughly wash the lemon and zest grattugiarne.

Bring to a boil the milk, dissolve the sugar, pour with rain the semolina and cook stirring for 15 minutes.

Combine 1 egg and lemon zest.

Spread the mixture on a smooth plane.

Cool and cut into diamonds.

Pass the diamonds in the egg and then in bread crumbs.

Fry them in plenty of hot oil and serve immediately.
