Semolina with herbs
Instructions
Pour the milk in a saucepan, combine 25 cl of water and bring to a boil; Add salt, then pour in rain semolina, stirring continuously to prevent lumps and cook for 20 minutes.
If the semolina tends to thicken too add a little warm milk.
Before you turn off the embed to fire the Herbed cheese soup, 20 g butter, 2 handfuls of parmesan and washed and chopped aromas, mix everything together and serve hot.

- 100 cl of milk
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 3 leaves sage
- 2 herbal cheese 60 g
- 20 g of butter
- 2 handfuls of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
