Semolina with cherries
Instructions
In a saucepan pour the wine and half a litre of water, bring to the boil.
Add the semolina by pouring rain and cook for a quarter of an hour stirring.
Withdrawn from heat and let cool.
Stir the mixture one egg at a time, then sugar, cherries pitted, peeled and chopped almonds.
Carefully fold the egg white mounted to snow.
Butter a mold and pour in the mixture.
Bake in a water bath in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Set aside and let cool to room temperature before demolding.

- 120 g of semolina
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg whites
- 125 g of sugar
- 500 g of pitted cherries
- 50 g of almond
- 25 cl of sweet white wine
- Butter
