Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.

Carefully fold the chopped nougat and brandy.

Whip egg whites until foamy soda.

Whip the cream.

Gently blend the mixture of nougat.

Pour into a mold lined with plastic wrap.

Put in the freezer overnight.

Put the semifreddo half an hour before serving and then consume it to the right consistency.
